Do I need editing experience?
No. The default flow is one tap. When you want control, you describe the edit in plain language ("lead with the phone drop, keep it under 30 seconds") or fix things in the Studio by editing the transcript like a text document. There’s no timeline jargon anywhere in the default experience.

You can put several clips in at once, trim the ones that need it, mark the rest as they are, and send them all to the editor together — each stays its own clip so the AI knows where one ends and the next begins. What video formats does TailorClip accept?
Everything a normal camera or phone produces. iPhone and Mac (.mov, .m4v, .mp4), GoPro and drones (.mp4), Android (.3gp, .3g2), Windows (.wmv, .asf, .avi), camcorders shooting AVCHD (.mts, .m2ts, .ts), and older or professional formats including .mkv, .webm, .mpg, .mpeg, .m2v, .vob, .flv, .f4v, .ogv and .mxf. Vertical, horizontal and square all work, and rotation recorded by the camera is handled automatically. You can also add your own photos and a logo for the editor to place on screen.
How does pricing work?
One credit edits one minute of footage you upload, with a minimum of 6 credits an upload — a two-minute clip takes almost as much planning as a twenty-minute one, so the floor keeps short uploads honest instead of subsidised. Early-access plans are $19, $39 and $75 a month for 75, 165 and 330 credits (regularly $29, $63 and $125), and the first 100 people to subscribe keep that price for life.
